We are an innovative company owned by one of the largest influencers/creators in the world. We are developing a platform that empowers social media influencers/creators to monetize their content effectively.

Our mission is to provide a seamless, user-friendly experience that enables social media influencers/creators to connect with their audience and offer digital products and services effortlessly. The platform is largely developed; we are seeking a skilled developer to complete the remaining components and provide ongoing management and updates.

Role Overview: Role Overview: 

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with experience in building scalable web applications.

You will play a pivotal role in finalizing our platform, ensuring it is robust, responsive, and user-centric. Post-launch, you will manage and update the platform to adapt to evolving user needs. 

There is a 3rd party team in place now that has done the development so far, you will manage this team to complete the platform (almost done) and then become the main person to oversee the maintenance and updates going forward along with managing this small team of 3.

• Complete Platform Development: Collaborate with the existing team to understand the current architecture and implement the remaining features.
• Front-End Development: Design and implement intuitive user interfaces using modern frameworks - continually add new features.
• Back-End Development: Develop and maintain server-side logic, databases, and APIs - continually adding new features.
• Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas, ensuring data integrity and performance - continually adding new features.
• Integration: Seamlessly integrate third-party services and APIs to enhance platform functionality.
• Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve issues, ensuring the platform operates smoothly across various devices and browsers.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize application performance, implementing best practices for speed and scalability.
• Security: Implement security measures to protect user data and prevent vulnerabilities.
• Ongoing Maintenance: Regularly update the platform to incorporate new features, address bugs, and improve performance based on user feedback.

Job Requirements

Technical Skills:

1. Front-End Development:

• Frameworks: Next.js, React, Vue.js, or Angular (Next.js + Tailwind CSS specifically mentioned)
• Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• UI/UX Knowledge: Understanding of user-centered design principles

• Languages: Node.js (specifically Nest.js), Python, or Ruby on Rails
• API Development: RESTful APIs, GraphQL (optional)
• Database Management: SQL (PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB)
• Cloud Storage: Cloudinary
• Hosting: AWS
• Mailing Services: SendGrid

• Version Control: GitHub

• QA Testing: Manual testing, Selenium
• Version Control: Proficient in using Git for version control and collaboration.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:
