Full Time, Google Adwords/ Search Specialist [Especialista en Google Ads/Búsqueda]

• Expertise in Google Ads System
• Track record for driving & improving the performance of Google Ads campaigns (ROAS, CPA , CVR, sales growth)
• Strategize, Create, and manage the performance of Google Ads Campaigns
• Experience using online + offline tracking, for place based businesses --as well as eCommerce and Lead Generation
• Ability to communicate issues, solutions internally and to Clients in US English
• Expert / Heavy user of AI or GPT's in improving Google Search Performance
• Experience with Meta Ads is a strong bonus

• Capacidad para comunicar problemas y soluciones internamente y a clientes en inglés estadounidense
• Usuario experto/intensivo de IA o GPT's para mejorar el rendimiento en Google SearchExperiencia con Meta Ads es un plus importante

Job Responsibilities

Specific Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Creating the Search Advertising Strategy for unique clients
• Generating a performant/ profitable ROAS
• Communicate what is working and what is not working, internally and to Clients
• Solving problems at all points in the marketing/advertising funnel ---demonstrating a "Results" Focus rather than an "Activity" Focus

The Position requires 3-5 years experience in Search Marketing/ Google Ads -- and a track record for producing results:

• A college degree is not required, but is preferred ---especially if your formal education is focused on technical or analytical studies
• All candidates must have 2-3 years of RELEVANT professional experience in role described in this job posting
• Analytical ability and a desire to work with performance marketing data
• A strong work ethic, and an internal desire to serve clients well
