As our client roster continues to grow, we’re looking for a Full-Time YouTube Video Editor to join our internal team. This is not a freelance role and not an agency contract. We’re hiring an individual editor who wants stability, consistency, and long-term growth inside a YouTube-first content agency.

You’ll be responsible for editing long-form YouTube videos and creating short-form content from those edits while working closely with our team and multiple premium clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Edit 2–3 high-impact long-form YouTube videos per week
• Create short-form clips from long-form content
• Edit Talking Head / Business-style content with strong pacing and retention
• Follow structured, numbered outlines provided by our team
• Collaborate daily with team members via calls and Google Chat
• Manage multiple projects while consistently meeting deadlines
• Apply feedback quickly and maintain high quality standards across all edits

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Fluent English communication (spoken and written)
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Proven experience editing long-form YouTube content
• Strong understanding of YouTube pacing, storytelling, and retention
• Ability to commit to a FULL-TIME schedule (Monday–Friday, 9–5 EST)
• Strong time management and reliability
• Individual applicants only — no agencies or studios

Equipment & Setup

• Reliable computer capable of handling long-form video editing
• Stable high-speed internet connection
• Ability to run Adobe Premiere Pro smoothly
• Quiet, professional workspace for daily collaboration
• Webcam and microphone for team calls

We cover required software or provide a stipend if needed.

 Equipment stipend available after 3 months.
