Graphic Designer

Full Job Description

Graphic Designers are an important part of our team at our lead generation agency. We are looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to join our digital advertising and marketing agency. You'll craft compelling visuals for platforms (including Meta), collaborating with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities

- Create 15-20 9:16 creatives for Meta each day

- Assemble raw footage and transfer or upload to a computer

- Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and meet project deadlines

- Refine designs based on feedback and performance metrics

- Design engaging creatives for digital ad campaigns, including videos and images

- Collaborate with teams to understand client goals and translate them into effective designs

- At least a basic knowledge of digital advertising fundamentals, with a keen interest in learning more

- Ability to multitask and prioritize under ever-changing needs and schedules

- Proven project management skills with an emphasis on quality control                                                     

Job Requirements

Ideal Candidate:

- Strong portfolio showcasing your design work, especially in creating marketing ads (static & video).

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.

- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with a remote team.

- Proficient in design software such as Canva & Adobe

- Team player -- you are able to collaborate with a small team, ask for help when needed, and delegate tasks
