Job Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads via outbound calls to landowners
• Gather and document property details and relevant information in our CRM system
• Schedule follow-up calls with the acquisition team
• Generate daily/weekly performance reports to monitor goals
• Participate in training and team meetings

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
• Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or customer service
• Proficiency with dialer software (ReadyMode experience a plus)
• High energy with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude
• Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and highly organized with proficiency in CRM systems
• Ability to work between the hours of 9 AM – 6 PM EST, Monday-Friday
