Legal Intake Specialist

Full Job Description

As an Intake Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our firm by answering inbound calls from individuals looking for a bankruptcy attorney, gathering essential information, and ensuring potential clients are directed appropriately. You will also assist with administrative tasks to support the legal team. This role requires strong people skills, a professional and friendly demeanor, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (both written and spoken) with little to no accent.

Job Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls professionally and assist potential clients in understanding their options.
• Gather and accurately record client information to determine case eligibility.
• Provide general information about the bankruptcy process and our legal services.
• Schedule consultations and follow up with potential clients as needed.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and email correspondence.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.

Job Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken) with little to no accent.
• Previous experience in intake, customer service, or administrative support (legal experience preferred but not required).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls while remaining patient and attentive.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using office software and CRM systems.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
