Full Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated Client Intake & Sales Specialist to help grow our Family Law practice. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, driving intake, follow-up, and conversion. Working closely with the intake lead, you’ll ensure leads are engaged promptly, nurtured effectively, and converted into retained clients. This role is fast-paced, goal-driven, and critical to the firm’s growth. This job is not for you if you don't have hands on sales experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead Intake & Conversion: Contact new leads within 1 business day; guide prospects through the intake process to secure retention.

• Sales-Focused Follow-Up: Track leads, send timely updates, answer questions, and close clients efficiently.

• Scheduling Coordination: Protect priority attorney slots for high-conversion leads; release unused slots promptly.

• Reporting & Metrics: Track conversion rates, lead follow-up timelines, and pipeline activity; report risks or bottlenecks to the intake lead.

Job Requirements

• 1–3+ years experience in legal intake (or equivalent legal experience) AND 1-3+ years in sales.

• Strong persuasive communication skills; able to engage leads, answer questions, and close clients.

• Comfortable with phones, email/text, and CRM tools (FileVine, Clio, MyCase, Lawmatics, or similar).

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.

• Calm and professional when handling sensitive Family Law inquiries.

• Driven by conversion targets, follow-up SLAs, and measurable results.

• Advanced conversational level of English.
