Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Speak with homeowners who inquire about our services.

Answer customer questions professionally.

Provide virtual estimates (we will fully train you on our quoting process).

Follow up with leads and help guide them through the sales process.

Schedule customers for service.

Deliver an excellent customer experience from the first phone call through booking.

We’re looking for someone who is Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills.Friendly, confident, and professional on the phone.Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.Comfortable learning a proven sales process and following up with leads.Interested in a long-term opportunity with a growing company.Previous sales, customer service, or appointment-setting experience is a plus, but attitude, work ethic, and communication are even more important to us.

Job Requirements

Must be comfortable speaking on the phone with homeowners and dialing 100+ leads every day.
