Full Job Description

We are a U.S.-based real estate team looking for an experienced virtual assistant cold caller to generate leads and set appointments.

Job Responsibilities

Requirements:

Fluent in Spanish & English (clear and confident speaking voice).

Experience in real estate cold calling / telemarketing (preferred).

Comfortable making outbound calls using scripts.

Must be available to work U.S. EST business hours.

Reliable internet and quiet work environment.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to homeowners (script provided).

Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our agents.

Record call outcomes in our system.

Provide daily call reports.
