Job Responsibilities

  • Engage with pre-qualified, high-intent leads provided by the company — no cold calling required.

  • Conduct virtual consultations with homeowners to assess their energy needs and present customized solar solutions.

  • Deliver professional and persuasive presentations explaining the financial and environmental benefits of going solar.

  • Build strong rapport and trust with customers, guiding them through the decision-making process.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals confidently while maintaining ethical sales practices.

  • Manage all customer interactions, notes, and proposals in our CRM system with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Collaborate with the support team to ensure a seamless post-sale process and customer satisfaction.

  • Follow up promptly on leads and maintain consistent communication to maximize conversion rates.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and company promotions to effectively position Solar Connect’s value to clients.


Job Requirements

  • Fluent English (spoken and written) — must be able to communicate professionally with U.S. homeowners.

  • Proven experience closing sales — solar, call center, or high-ticket sales preferred.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven by performance.

  • Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.

  • Tech-savvy — able to use CRM systems, dialers, and virtual meeting tools.

  • Reliable computer, headset, and high-speed internet connection.

  • Positive attitude, resilience, and strong work ethic.

  • Availability to work in U.S. time zones (Pacific, Central, or Eastern).
