Full Job Description

The project coordinator for construction will be responsible for planning maintenance projects and overseeing their progress from start to finish in a timely and cost-effective manner. As a project coordinator, you will collaborate closely with various vendors to ensure smooth execution and keep high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

·        Planning, tendering, cost summary, and project reporting.

·        Develop and monitor the project schedule and overall productivity.

·        Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

·        Manage all contract and change order costs, including negotiating, processing, and assessing impacts.

·        Provide regular performance status reports regarding cost forecasts, schedule, and safety.

·        Maintain a detailed project budget & schedule to ensure accurate project execution.

·        Deliver project status reporting updates against project milestones and financial targets.

Job Requirements

·        Knowledge and experience in project management techniques and tools in residential development and construction.

·        Strong analytical skills.

·        Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills.

·        Strong documentation and organization skills.

·        Strong computer skills.
