Full Job Description

The Quotes Specialist plays a vital role in supporting Rehabmart’s mission to help people live better by providing tools for the job of living. This role bridges customer requests, vendor coordination, and internal operations to deliver accurate, timely quotes for healthcare and accessibility products. You’ll manage inbound quote requests from schools, government agencies, healthcare facilities, and individual buyers, ensuring each quote is detailed, competitively priced, and aligned with Rehabmart’s standards for service and accuracy. This position is ideal for an organized, detail-driven professional who enjoys blending administrative precision with customer interaction in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound quote requests via email, and email.
• Generate accurate and customized quotes using Rehabmart’s cloud-based quotation software.
• Verify product availability, pricing, and freight details in collaboration with Vendor Relations, Content Services, and Order Processing teams.
• Maintain and update quote records to ensure clear visibility for follow-up and reporting.
• Follow up on open quotes to encourage conversions and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Support accurate handoff of confirmed quotes to Order Processing and Installation teams.
• Assist in tracking performance metrics such as quote volume, conversion rate, and profit margin.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance the customer experience.

Job Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English; able to communicate clearly and professionally with U.S.-based customers and vendors.
• Exceptional attention to detail in pricing, data entry, and document management to ensure complete accuracy in every quote.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage high-volume requests, track deadlines, and maintain error-free records.
• Able to interpret data, compare pricing and freight options, and identify the most cost-effective solutions.
• Dependable, self-motivated professional who consistently meets turnaround times and quality standards.
• Quick to learn new products, systems, and workflows in a dynamic global team environment.
