We are seeking a **motivated and skilled professional** to join our real estate team as a Cold Caller. In this critical role, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads and building relationships with potential property sellers.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Lead Generation**: Conduct targeted research to identify potential property sellers and buyers

- **Cold Calling**: Initiate outbound calls to prospects, introducing our company's services

- **Qualification**: Ask strategic questions to assess property owners' motivation and needs

- **Appointment Setting**: Schedule meetings for our real estate sales team

- **CRM Management**: Accurately input and maintain lead information in our customer relationship management system

- **Reporting**: Provide regular feedback on lead quality, call outcomes, and market insights

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent

- **Excellent verbal communication skills**

- Minimal foreign accent preferred

- SPANISH AND ENGLISH SPEAKER

-Strong customer service orientation

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with CRM software (a plus)

Required Skills

- Proactive attitude

- Ability to multitask

- Persuasive communication

- Resilience in handling rejection

- Basic understanding of real estate industry

Experience

- 1+ years in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales preferred

- Real estate experience is a significant advantage
