Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Remote Real Estate Recruiting Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to warm leads who have already expressed interest through our ads. Your primary goal will be to engage these potential clients, provide them with relevant information, and ultimately schedule appointments on our clients' calendars.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm leads who have inquired about our clients brokerage.
• Follow a provided script to introduce our clients offering and answer basic questions.
• Build rapport with prospects and maintain a positive, professional demeanor.
• Schedule appointments for interested leads on our clients' calendars using GoHighLevel CRM.
• Document interactions and update lead status in our CRM system.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in an appointment-setting capacity.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Knowledge of US Real Estate industry is a plus
• Preferably has an understanding of or has worked previously with GoHighLevel.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, engaging phone manner.
• Ability to follow scripts while also being adaptable to individual conversations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using GoHighLevel CRM systems and Calendar scheduling tools.
