Transaction Coordinator

Location: Remote

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM EST

Compensation: $10–$15/hour (Bi-Weekly)

Employment Type: Full-time

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to manage the legal and administrative side of real estate transactions involving inheritance, probate, and shared ownership. This role supports attorneys and the internal team by ensuring each case moves forward efficiently and compliantly from intake to closing.

Job Responsibilities

• Draft and manage legal documents (affidavits, petitions, notices, deeds, POAs)
• Coordinate and file court documents through state e-filing systems
• Track case deadlines, court dates, and required filings
• Communicate with clients, heirs, attorneys, and court personnel
• Schedule hearings, calls, and document signings
• Maintain accurate digital files and internal case records
• Conduct basic research and clarify case-related information
• Manage incoming inquiries and outbound calls for updates
• Support the legal and sales team with seamless handoffs and information flow

Job Requirements

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in probate, real estate law, or transactional coordination
• Strong organizational and written communication skills
• Familiarity with court processes, e-filing, and legal documentation
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and deadline-driven
• Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, case tracking systems)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
