We are seeking an elite, consultative Closer to be the "front-facing advisor" for our US division. You will be responsible for converting high-intent, qualified interest into long-term partnerships.
This is a remote role requiring alignment with US time zones (EST/PST) and offers the opportunity to be a foundational member of our American expansion team.
Consultative Closing:
Lead high-ticket sales presentations with dental clinic owners and stakeholders, moving them from initial interest to signed contract.
Strategic Advising:
Diagnose clinic inefficiencies and articulate how our AI systems bridge the "Efficiency Gap" to improve their bottom line.Pipeline Management: Manage a robust calendar of warm, inbound leads; ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining a high closing ratio.
Market Feedback:
Act as the "boots on the ground" for the US market, providing feedback to the executive team on local pain points and competitive shifts.
Onboarding Transition:
Ensure a seamless handoff from the sales process to the implementation team, setting clear expectations for the client’s AI integration.
Proven Track Record:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in high-ticket B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, Dental, or Business Consulting.AI & Tech
Literacy:
A strong grasp of how AI and automation create business leverage. You must be able to explain technical ROI in simple, persuasive terms.Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written English skills, with the ability to maintain the poise and authority required to advise medical professionals.
Operational Autonomy:
Experience working in a remote, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. You must be self-governed and results-oriented.Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work US business hours (EST/PST) to ensure maximum coverage for our American client base.
