Full Job Description

Busy Mom Cleaning is a growing residential cleaning company serving busy families in Southwest Florida. We’re looking for a confident, energetic Latin America–based Virtual Sales Associate who loves talking to people, following up with leads, and turning conversations into booked cleaning appointments.

This is not a passive customer service position. We need someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, making a high volume of outbound calls, following up consistently, overcoming objections, and asking for the sale.

What You’ll Do

• Call new inbound leads quickly and consistently
• Follow up with older leads by phone, SMS, and email
• Provide cleaning quotes and explain our services
• Convert leads into booked cleaning appointments
• Follow established sales scripts while sounding natural
• Handle common objections around price, timing, and service
• Follow up with quotes that haven't booked
• Upsell recurring cleaning services when appropriate
• Keep detailed and accurate customer notes in GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Update opportunities, pipelines, and follow-up tasks
• Track daily sales activity and results
• Communicate with our U.S.-based operations team

• Have excellent spoken and written English
• Sound confident and natural speaking with U.S. customers
• Have previous sales, appointment-setting, or call-center experience
• Are comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
• Aren’t afraid to follow up multiple times
• Can confidently ask customers to book
• Are motivated by goals, KPIs, and closing deals
• Are organized and document conversations accurately
• Take coaching well and implement feedback quickly
• Are dependable and have reliable internet and a quiet workspace
• Can work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours
• Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is a major plus

We provide scripts, training, offers, leads, and support. We need someone who will consistently work the leads, follow the process, and close.

Job Responsibilities

Respond quickly to new inbound leads by phone, text, and email

Make high-volume outbound calls to new and existing leads

Follow up consistently with leads who have not booked

Reactivate old and cold leads

Qualify prospects and identify their cleaning needs

Prepare and communicate accurate cleaning quotes

Explain Busy Mom Cleaning’s services, pricing, and promotions

Confidently ask for the sale and close cleaning appointments

Overcome objections related to price, scheduling, trust, and service

Upsell one-time customers into weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly recurring services

Follow up on open estimates and unbooked quotes

Contact previous customers for rebooking opportunities

Collect required booking information and deposits

Maintain accurate customer notes in GoHighLevel (GHL)

Update sales opportunities, pipelines, statuses, and follow-up tasks in GHL

Use approved sales scripts while keeping conversations natural and personalized

Maintain strong communication with customers throughout the sales process

Coordinate with scheduling and operations to ensure appointments are booked correctly

Meet daily and weekly KPIs for calls, conversations, quotes, bookings, and revenue

Track individual sales performance and follow-up activity

Participate in sales training, coaching, and team meetings

Implement feedback and new sales processes quickly

Maintain professional, friendly communication that represents the Busy Mom Cleaning brand

Take ownership of assigned leads and follow them through until they book, decline, or are appropriately closed out

Job Requirements

Fluent or near-fluent English, both spoken and written

Clear, confident phone presence with U.S.-based customers

Previous sales, appointment-setting, call center, or customer service experience

Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily

Strong closing and objection-handling skills

Comfortable discussing pricing and confidently asking for the sale

Persistent with follow-up without being pushy

Self-motivated and comfortable working toward daily and weekly KPIs

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to maintain accurate CRM notes and customer information

Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) preferred

Comfortable communicating through phone, SMS, email, and CRM

Coachable and able to implement feedback quickly

Reliable, accountable, and able to work independently

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative

Reliable high-speed internet and computer

Quiet, professional home workspace

Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time business hours

Comfortable participating in virtual meetings and sales training

Experience selling to U.S. consumers is strongly preferred

Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Must have a positive attitude and genuinely enjoy talking with people
