We are a fast-growing residential cleaning company in the USA looking for a reliable, bilingual (English & Spanish) Virtual Assistant from Latin America. This is a 100% remote, full-time position where you’ll manage customer communication, schedule cleanings, coordinate with our teams, and handle light admin tasks from home.
Answer phones, emails, texts & live chats in fluent English
Schedule and reschedule cleaning appointments (Jobber/CRM)
Follow up with clients for reviews, feedback & repeat bookings
Send daily schedules and confirm arrivals with cleaning teams
Enter payments, send invoices & track overdue accounts
Manage social media posts and reply to comments (FB/IG)
Other light admin tasks as needed
Fluent English (spoken & written) – you’ll speak with US customers daily
Native or near-native Spanish
Stable, fast internet + quiet workspace
2+ years experience as VA, customer service or call center
Experience with Google Calendar, Gmail, WhatsApp Business, CRM/Jobber
Laptop + good headset
Extremely organized and reliable
Available Monday–Friday 9 AM–6 PM EST
