Full Job Description

Job Title: Full-Time Sales Cold Caller (Remote – U.S. Market)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Central Time

Break: 1-hour lunch (12:00 PM – 1:00 PM CT)

Compensation: $6.50/hour | Total Monthly: $1,040 USD

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Cold Caller to join our remote sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for making 360+ outbound calls per day using an autodialer and securing a minimum of 5 qualified appointments per day with decision-makers in targeted industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 360+ outbound calls daily using our autodialer system
• Secure a minimum of 5 scheduled sales appointments per day
• Follow a proven call script and customize messaging to each prospect
• Engage with decision-makers in the Healthcare, Hospitality, Commercial, and Education sectors
• Accurately log all call outcomes, lead data, and scheduled appointments
• Collaborate with our sales team to ensure follow-up and conversion

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of cold calling experience, preferably in B2B lead generation or appointment setting
• Familiarity with autodialer software (e.g., Mojo, PhoneBurner, CallTools, etc.)
• Clear and confident English communication skills, both spoken and written
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet work environment
• Strong work ethic, goal-oriented, and highly self-motivated
• Ability to consistently meet daily calling and appointment goals
