The Role
We're looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to set qualified appointments with corporate buyers, event planners, and HR teams looking for eco-conscious gifting solutions.
You'll start as an appointment setter with opportunity to grow into closing sales as you prove yourself and learn the business.
Core Responsibilities:
Make 50+ outbound calls daily (mix of warm and cold leads)
Send personalized cold emails and LinkedIn messages
Book qualified discovery calls with decision-makers for the founder
Log all activity in HubSpot CRM
Research and identify ideal corporate prospects
Follow up consistently with warm leads
Compensation
Base: $1,000/month
Performance Bonuses: $10 per qualified appointment set with a decision-maker
Additional $10 when that lead becomes a confirmed sale
Growth Path: Opportunity to transition into full-cycle sales role as you demonstrate success.

✅ Fluent English (written and spoken)
✅ 1-2+ years in sales, SDR, or BDR role
✅ Comfortable making 50+ calls per day
✅ Experience with cold calling and objection handling
✅ Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
✅ Self-motivated and results-driven
✅ Strong communication and organizational skills
Bonus:
Week 1: 2 qualified meetings booked
Week 2: 3-4 qualified meetings booked
Week 3+: 5-7 qualified meetings per week
