Salary: USD 2,000/month

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 EST

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Plumbing Engineer to join our global team. This role requires a minimum of three years of experience in plumbing building systems design, specifically within MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) engineering environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing systems for both custom single-family homes and commercial/hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design plumbing systems in accordance with construction codes and regulations, including the International or Florida Building Code (Plumbing), NFPA, ASPE, and ASHRAE standards.
• Prepare code-compliant plumbing construction documents for residential and commercial projects, detailing water, sewer, stormwater, and gas systems.
• Perform demand flow and head loss calculations, as well as select and size pumps, water heaters, and interceptors.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and clients to ensure seamless design execution and project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
• Minimum of three years of experience in plumbing building systems design.
• Strong knowledge of relevant construction codes and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate complex projects.
• Strong communication skills.
• Certified Plumbing Engineer (CPE) certification from ASPE is highly preferred.
