Full Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Logistics Analyst to join our growing shipping aggregation company. In this role, you will evaluate inbound leads and route them across multiple carrier accounts and service providers to optimize cost savings and operational efficiency for our clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Process and analyze incoming shipping leads
• Compare rates and service options across multiple platforms
• Identify creative solutions to reduce costs and improve logistics performance
• Maintain accurate records within CRM and project management tools

Job Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations
• Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Monday.com, Google Workspace, and Excel
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
