The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and growing our brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This role requires both strategy and execution, from content creation to engagement, analytics tracking, and lead generation.
✔ Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage a content calendar that aligns with our brand, marketing goals, and business objectives.
✔ Content Creation: Design, write, and edit engaging posts, Reels, stories, and YouTube content using Canva, CapCut, or other tools.
✔ Social Media Management: Post and schedule content across platforms using SocialPilot or Meta Business Suite.
✔ Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and engage with our audience to build relationships and trust.
✔ Lead Generation: Create social media campaigns that convert followers into leads using engagement strategies, calls to action, and creative storytelling.
✔ Analytics & Optimization: Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, leads) and adjust strategies for growth.
✔ Collaboration: Work with our marketing team, virtual assistants, and agents to keep branding and messaging consistent.
✔ Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and industry news to keep our content fresh and engaging.
✅ 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
✅ Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube algorithms and best practices.
✅ Proven experience in growing engagement and community on social platforms.
✅ Strong copywriting skills – you can craft engaging captions and posts.
✅ Graphic design & video editing skills – Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools.
✅ Proactive & self-motivated – you bring fresh ideas and take ownership of projects.
✅ Real estate industry experience is a plus but not required!

As the Social Media Manager, you will play a key role in building our brand, increasing engagement, and driving lead generation through strategic and compelling content. Your main responsibilities will include:
✔ Develop and manage a content calendar that aligns with marketing goals and real estate trends.
✔ Plan and execute social media campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, and community engagement.
✔ Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual aesthetics across all platforms.
✔ Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, including posts, Reels, carousels, and videos.
✔ Write compelling captions, blog snippets, and short-form content that capture attention and drive engagement.
✔ Edit and repurpose long-form content into short, digestible pieces optimized for each platform.
✔ Use Canva, Kapwing, or Adobe tools to create high-quality graphics, video clips, and social media assets.
✔ Ensure all posts are scheduled and published at optimal times for engagement using SocialPilot or Meta Business Suite. Moving to Go High Level
✔ Engage with followers daily by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
✔ Monitor and participate in relevant conversations to increase visibility and build relationships.
✔ Interact with local businesses, influencers, and real estate professionals to grow brand reach.
✔ Develop and implement engagement strategies that turn followers into potential clients.
✔ Use CTAs, lead magnets, and interactive content to encourage inquiries and sign-ups.
✔ Collaborate with the team to ensure leads from social media are properly nurtured through CRM (KVcore).
✔ Monitor social media analytics and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, leads, and conversions.
✔ Optimize content strategy based on performance insights and trends.
✔ Stay updated on social media algorithms, industry best practices, and platform updates to ensure maximum visibility.
✔ Work closely with the marketing team to align content with brand messaging.
✔ Support content creation for real estate listings, client testimonials, and team updates.
✔ Assist with ad campaigns and paid promotions (if applicable).
✔ Assist in email marketing & newsletters
✔ Brainstorm new content ideas, trends, and innovative strategies to enhance engagement.
✔ Support event marketing and live content coverage for team-hosted events.
✔ Communicate team outcome and posts in notion and in slack

To be successful in this role, the Social Media Manager should meet the following requirements:
✅ 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
✅ Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube algorithms and best practices.
✅ Proven experience in growing engagement and community on social platforms.
✅ Strong copywriting skills – ability to craft engaging captions, posts, and ad copy that convert.
✅ Graphic design & video editing skills – proficiency with Canva, Kapwing, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
✅ Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize content for engagement, reach, and lead generation.
✅ Basic knowledge of paid advertising on social media platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.
✅ Familiarity with CRM and automation tools (e.g., SocialPilot, Meta Business Suite, KVcore, Go High Level, etc.).
✅ Strong understanding of brand voice & storytelling to create engaging and consistent content.
✅ Excellent communication skills – professional, engaging, and able to interact with the audience authentically.
✅ Self-motivated & proactive – able to manage tasks without constant supervision.
✨ Experience in real estate marketing or familiarity with the industry.
✨ Experience with email marketing & newsletters (e.g., Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or KVcore).
✨ Knowledge of SEO for social media and video content optimization.
✨ Experience working with influencers or partnerships for brand growth.
