We are seeking a Spanish-Speaking Virtual Assistant to join our team and assist in serving the Spanish-speaking market in the United States. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to clients seeking health insurance solutions, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency


Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Spanish-speaking clients with health insurance inquiries, plan options, and benefits.
  • Handle communication via phone, email, and chat professionally and efficiently.
  • Enter and maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with potential and existing clients.
  • Support the team by ensuring all client needs and concerns are addressed promptly.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Basic experience with CRM systems.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in health insurance support is a plus (training available).
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.

Details:

  • Hours: 20 hours per week
  • Schedule: Flexible, as agreed upon with the team.
  • Pay: $5–$6 per hour

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients.

  • Comfortable with common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, and communication tools).
  1. Customer Service Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle inquiries professionally.
  • Ability to empathize with clients and provide clear, detailed information.
  1. Organizational Abilities:
  • Strong multitasking skills to manage appointments, follow-ups, and client records.
  • Attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
  1. Work Environment:
  • Reliable internet connection for remote work.
  • A quiet, professional workspace to ensure clear communication.
  1. Preferred but Not Required:
  • Prior experience in health insurance support or customer service (training provided).
  • Knowledge of U.S. health insurance terms and processes.
