We are a US-based small construction company looking to fill a part-time VA support role helping with client communication, email sorting and tagging, data entry, and filling in job details once jobs are booked. You'll be expected to work Monday through Friday, 9 am - 3 pm Pacific Standard Time, as we are on the West Coast in Washington.
This role will include consistent communication with our admin, owners, and team members in the field throughout each workday via phone (WhatsApp), text messaging (Voxer), email, and Zoom.
Your role will be to work under the main admin and also to assist the two owners on tasks for the company to keep the function of the business running effectively. There will be daily recurring tasks you check on and update, weekly reporting tasks that you will do for data and insights, and one-off tasks assigned by other team members.
This role requires strong attention to detail, effective email communication with customers, and clear, consistent correspondence. It also involves managing urgent repair situations, handling interactions with disgruntled or elderly customers with professionalism and empathy, and actively contributing as a team player.
The job requires fluency in writing and speaking in English, access to a computer with consistent and fast internet, an understanding of Google Workspace for emails, docs, and spreadsheets, and a base understanding of CRMs. We will train for specifics.
We are looking for a long-term, committed person to join our team. This job will be paid for hours worked, tracked, and submitted via our standard recording practices. We pay via Payoneer and are looking to hire asap.
