You will provide high-level support to the owner, managing both business and personal tasks. This role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. You’ll be essential in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly and supporting the company’s growth and future ventures.
Calendar Management: Coordinate and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Task & Project Support: Assist with day-to-day responsibilities for the current business as well as upcoming ventures (could include research, data organization, or basic project coordination).
Communication: Draft and respond to emails or messages as needed, and serve as a point of contact for internal/external inquiries.
Personal Assistance: Handle select personal tasks (e.g., appointment setting, travel research, basic errands handled remotely) as requested.
Documentation & Organization: Keep digital files and documents neatly organized and easily accessible.
Confidentiality: Safeguard sensitive and proprietary information (NDA required).
Flexibility & Availability: Generally available from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Eastern/Central time), but able to accommodate occasional changes or urgent requests.
Ad Hoc Duties: Provide additional support as needed to facilitate workflow and company growth.
1–2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role (remote experience a plus).
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Tech-savvy, comfortable with productivity and communication tools (e.g., email, calendars, shared documents).
Self-motivated problem-solver who can anticipate needs and work independently.
High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
