My job at SCOTIABANK was as a credit card and billing department on the line of business of the canadian bank however i gave them assistance about getting new card and report as lost and also make move transfer to them specially to the customer that has issues with the bank app. I was a top agent when it comes to the credit card department. I used to activate cards and also help them to make balance transfer, product switch and also explain statements details. I used to be a top agent related to get the overall satisfaction of the customer on every call.
My duties at CONTINUUM were based on verizon project, i was mobile line department by selling phone and giving tech support and billing support and all the skills based on active listening, own it, promote the brand and being top seller thats what I did during my journey over there. I was a top seller , I used to sell at least 10 mobile lines per day taking less than 30 calls pay days based on troubleshooting steps. I used to work with power BI system and Cisco . I used to have great overall surveys based on the resolution of the call.
My Job at CONCENTRIX was based on comcast project related to security and fraud department dealing with identity theft and DMCA issues and Email support but was more about costumer education, where I show my critical thinking off and Teamwork skills. I used to work with AVAYA tools and also einstein system and also Tesla tools , cafe tools and also ACSR SYSTEM. I used to get the overall satisfaction of every costumer. I used to take about 100 calls per day making the customer get a unique experience when they being assist.
