If you’d like to delete your Pros Marketplace account, follow the steps below. You can delete your account from both the website and the mobile app. Please note that deleting your account is a soft delete; you can reactivate it at any time by simply logging in again.
For Employers
On Website:
- Go to My Account.
- Click Delete My Account.
- Confirm by selecting Yes to proceed or No to cancel.
On Mobile App:
- Tap the Profile tab.
- Scroll down to find the Delete Account button.
- Confirm by selecting Yes to proceed.
For Workers
On Website:
- Go to My Account.
- Click Delete My Account.
- Confirm by selecting Yes to proceed or No to cancel.
On Mobile App:
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Settings.
- Below the Logout option, select Delete Account.
Confirm by selecting Yes to proceed.
What Happens After Deletion?
- Your account will be soft deleted.
- You can reactivate your account at any time by logging in with your existing credentials.
