Full Job Description

As an Account Manager at Certified Media, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery and optimization of our lead generation services. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can effectively monitor lead quality, maintain client satisfaction, and drive client retention.


Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure accurate lead delivery according to client agreements
  • Conduct regular check-ins with roofing contractors to review lead performance
  • Track lead quality metrics and address any concerns promptly
  • Coordinate with our lead generation team to optimize campaign performance
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and account updates
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and client expansion
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Resolve any issues related to lead quality or delivery
  • Provide regular performance reports to clients
