Full Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and client retention by effectively communicating the credit repair process and managing client accounts. This role will be full-time hours compensated at $6 / hour.

Job Responsibilities

• Interact with clients to explain credit repair process
• Ensure client retention through exemplary customer service
• Respond to all communications within 24 hours
• Prepare and distribute progress reports to clients
• Manage client accounts in the CRM system
• Flexible work hours

Job Requirements

• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Reliable wi-fi
• Experience in finance, credit repair is preferred but not required
