The Role
Our company is experiencing rapid growth, and we're seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to join our expanding team. In this capacity, you'll establish authentic connections with our enterprise clientele, ensuring strong engagement, renewals, and spotting growth opportunities. Your role will be pivotal in establishing infrastructure and procedures, defining workflows and partnerships within the sales organization, and spearheading the account management aspect of our business.
Responsibilities
● Manage post-sale Enterprise customer accounts, focusing primarily on Retention, Satisfaction, and Revenue Growth.
● Devise long-term strategies with clients to help them achieve their growth objectives utilizing our services.
● Identify and advocate for opportunities to expand services and tools within client organizations.
● Act as the main point of contact for clients, establishing a foundation of trust in the relationship.
● Introduce innovative strategies and concepts to enhance our values in account management, cultivate our culture, and execute our future vision.
Who You Are

Qualifications
● Approximately 5+ years of experience in managing relationships with B2B SaaS customers.
● Prior experience managing clients within sales, recruitment, marketing, or operations departments.
● Proficient in Salesforce, project management tools, and possess overall tech savvy.
● Exceptional at cultivating relationships.
● Skilled at swiftly identifying and seizing opportunities.
● Possess a thoughtful, engaging, and energetic demeanor.
● Maintain a positive attitude with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
● Collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and product teams to educate clients on new features and enhancements to our platform.
