Full Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support our daily financial operations. This role is ideal for someone organized, reliable, and comfortable working with accounting systems and data.

Job Responsibilities

Close jobs daily in SmartMoving to ensure payments are received and crew gratuities/bonuses are properly recorded

Accurately classify revenue streams (moving, materials, heavy items, valuation, storage) in QuickBooks

Record and update expenses, receipts, and financial documentation

Assist the accounting team with daily accounting tasks and reporting

Job Requirements

Strong attention to detail and organization skills

Basic knowledge of accounting principles

Experience with QuickBooks (preferred)

Comfortable working with spreadsheets and financial data

Reliable and able to meet daily deadlines
