Accounting Manager

We are hiring an experienced and ambitious Accounting Manager to manage a team of junior accountants. This is a mid- to late-career role for someone with deep accounting expertise, people management skills, and the ability to drive process excellence. You’ll oversee all day-to-day operations and help us deliver world-class bookkeeping and accounting support to our clients. Job Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of remote accountants handling AP, AR, GL, fund accounting, and monthly close
• Review reconciliations, financials, and tax filings prepared by the team
• Own the month-end and year-end close process across multiple clients
• Implement and improve SOPs, controls, and workflows
• Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with US accounting and tax standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally with onshore leadership and clients
• Serve as escalation point for accounting issues and ensure audit readiness

Job Requirements

• 7–15+ years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years managing teams
• Deep understanding of GAAP and U.S. tax/accounting compliance
• Prior experience managing offshore or distributed accounting teams
• CPA preferred (U.S. or equivalent)
• Big Four background strongly preferred (PwC, Deloitte, EY, or KPMG)
• Fund accounting experience is a big plus
• Advanced proficiency in NetSuite, QuickBooks, and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and process-driven
