Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with seller leads, building a strong rapport and fostering trust through effective communication
  • Implement follow-up strategies to nurture long-term leads
  • Relentlessly follow-up with leads via various communication channels, keeping them engaged and informed throughout the process
  • Track, organize, and manage inbound qualified leads in our CRM system, maintaining accurate records of all seller interactions
  • Prioritize leads based on motivation and review weekly with the Acquisition Manager
  • Perform comp pricing to determine offers and conduct preliminary property research to verify property characteristics
  • Present offers to sellers, ensuring alignment with the company’s financial goals
  • Negotiate terms effectively to secure favorable deals while maintaining positive relationships with sellers
  • Collaborate closely with the Acquisition Manager and Lead Generation Teams to continuously improve acquisition processes
  • Leveraging problem-solving skills and resourcefulness to ensure an optimal customer experience
  • Generate KPI reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement


Job Requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in sales, acquisitions, or a related field (real estate, land investment, or similar industries preferred)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility over the phone
  • Strong negotiation skills with an ability to overcome objections and a proven track record of closing deals
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with proficiency in CRM systems and property research tools
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet performance targets
  • Excellent spoken and written English with minimal to no accent

  • Familiarity with real estate acquisition processes, including due diligence, title work, and contracts
  • Analytical thinker who can identify patterns and trends in data but also make decisions quickly
  • Strong follow-through and ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency
