Full Job Description

Local Investor is a fast-growing real estate investment company that purchases properties across Long Island and other U.S. markets. We are looking for a motivated and consistent Remote Deal Sourcer / Sales Representative to help identify and generate new real estate opportunities.

This role is fully remote and ideal for someone who is highly driven, organized, and comfortable communicating with property owners.

Schedule

• 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
• Flexible schedule: you may substitute a weekday with a weekend day if preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Source off-market real estate deals and motivated sellers
• Contact property owners via phone, SMS, email, and other outreach methods
• Build rapport with sellers and gather property information
• Track and manage leads using company-provided tools
• Consistently follow up with prospects
• Maintain clear communication with the acquisitions team

Job Requirements

• Fluent / near-native English speaking ability
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Highly consistent, disciplined, and motivated
• Comfortable speaking with property owners
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
• Sales or real estate experience is a plus (but not required)
