Acquisitions Specialist / Inside Sales Representative (Real Estate)

We are one of the top Real Estate Investment Firms located in Washington, D.C./Virginia Beach, VA and we are looking for a Junior Acquisition Specialist (Sales Associate) to join our team.

The team is growing at a fast pace and this person will be groomed to take over the purchasing side of the business that supports and sustains this team.

The ideal candidate will be driven, have a strong work ethic, competitive, and focused and will work hard on.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18,000 to $48,000 per year (Base: $1,000 / month + Commission: 3-5% of all profit generated by leads/appointments processed)

Hours: Mon: 2PM-8PM, Tues: 9AM-6PM, Wed/Thurs: 9AM-1PM + 3PM-8PM , Fri: 9AM-5PM, Alternating Saturday Mornings: 9AM-1PM

Qualifications:

Job Responsibilities

• Outbound calls to new leads and leads that require follow-up.
• Overcome objections on the phone 
• Schedule and conduct appointments
• Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects
• Must be driven and have a mindset to want more financially
• Must use the CRM Daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed

Job Requirements

• 3 years in phone sales / inside sales (real estate, solar, timeshares, life insurance, etc.)
• Excellent command of American English, American Slang, and Accent
• Quick on your feet
• Professional in attitude and appearance
• Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities
• Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
• Independent and self-motivated
• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
• Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
