Paid advertising (50%)
Plan, build, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and remarketing/display networks.Create and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta/Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn where appropriate) for lead generation and brand awareness.Set up and maintain conversion tracking (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, CRM tracking).Conduct keyword research and build intent-based match-type strategies.Implement bid-management, A/B test ad copy, landing pages, and audiences to reduce CPA and improve conversion rate.Manage monthly ad budgets, pacing, and forecasting.Monitor campaign performance daily/weekly and provide optimization actions.
Organic search / SEO (40%)
Perform on-page SEO: keyword mapping, meta titles/descriptions, schema markup for legal services, content recommendations.Lead local SEO: Google Business Profile optimization, review strategy, local citations, location pages.Conduct technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexability, structured data, Core Web Vitals) and coordinate fixes with content and web teams.Develop and execute content strategies (blogs, FAQs, service pages) aimed at capturing high-intent search queries for immigration law.Monitor organic traffic, rankings, and backlink profiles; conduct competitive SEO analysis.
Analytics, reporting & strategy (10%)
Build and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports tied to lead and client KPIs.Maintain dashboards (Data Studio/Looker Studio, GA4) showing funnel performance and channel ROI.Provide insights and strategic recommendations to partners and intake teams to improve lead qualification and conversion.Stay current on search and ad policy changes (especially relevant legal advertising rules and Google/Meta policies on legal services) and ensure compliance.
