ABOUT US:
YOLO TV is a luxury technology company specializing in large-format outdoor TVs and entertainment systems for high-end residential and commercial projects across the United States. We are growing rapidly and looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who speaks fluent English and Spanish to support our sales, operations, customer service, and marketing teams. This is a long-term opportunity with a fast-growing luxury brand.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVE:
• Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Minimum 2 years experience using Go High Level (GHL)
• Strong communication skills• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Professional attitude on phone and video calls
• Experience working with US-based companies preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKSCRM & GO HIGH LEVEL MANAGEMENT
• Manage contacts and opportunities inside Go High Level
• Update pipelines and lead stages
• Send SMS and email follow-ups
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Monitor automation workflows and triggers
• Create and manage notes inside contact records
• Assign leads to team members
• Track lead statuses and follow-up tasks
LEAD MANAGEMENT
• Respond quickly to inbound leads
• Follow up with leads via SMS, phone, and email
• Request photos and project details from prospects
• Qualify leads using company criteria
• Help schedule consultations and review calls
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
• Assist with project coordination
• Organize files and documentation
• Coordinate with installers, vendors, and clients
• Manage internal task lists
• Maintain organized communication records
CUSTOMER SUPPORT
• Help answer customer questions
• Assist with support ticket follow-up
• Coordinate communication between departments
• Maintain professional communication with high-end clientele
MARKETING ASSISTANCE
• Upload and organize social media content
• Help manage lead forms and campaigns
• Assist with updating databases and contact lists
• Support marketing and outreach campaignsPREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience with luxury brands or high-ticket sales
• Familiarity with Meta/Facebook leads
• Experience using Loom
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation
• Basic understanding of AV, home technology, or construction industry
