We are looking for a highly experienced Ads & Lead Generation Specialist to drive consistent, high-quality lead flow through paid advertising and strategic campaigns. This role is critical to our growth. You will be working on a team planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other lead generation channels. We are looking for someone who is data-driven, results-oriented, and capable of owning the entire lead generation process from strategy to execution.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across:
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Develop and execute lead generation strategies aligned with business goals
Optimize campaigns for cost per lead (CPL), conversion rate, and ROI
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools
Collaborate on funnel improvements (landing pages, forms, follow-up flows)
Identify new opportunities for lead generation (funnels, platforms, targeting)
Manage budgets efficiently and scale campaigns based on performance
Requirements
5+ years of proven experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
Demonstrated success generating qualified leads (not just traffic)
Strong understanding of:
Audience targeting and segmentation
Conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Tag, etc.)
Funnel optimization and lead nurturing basics
Experience with CRM tools and lead tracking systems
Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
Strong communication and reporting skills
