We are a high-performing real estate team based in Northern New Jersey (Passaic, Bergen, and Essex Counties), focused on residential, multifamily properties, and first-time homebuyers. We are seeking an experienced, execution-driven Content & Distribution Operator to own our organic marketing output across AI discovery platforms, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, and Facebook.
This role is not about ideas or strategy. It is about turning raw content into consistent, high-quality distribution that drives visibility, engagement, and inbound conversations.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, understands AI-powered workflows, executes without constant supervision, and thrives in a performance-based environment.
This role is responsible for top-of-funnel through bottom-of-funnel engagement, ensuring that organic attention is converted into real conversations, tracked properly, and followed up on consistently.
The Content & Distribution Operator must understand how content, CRM, and follow-up systems work together to drive appointments and completed transactions.
Edit and produce short-form, voiceover-based video content from bi-weekly batch recordings
Repurpose one piece of raw content into multiple assets across platforms
Write compelling hooks, captions, and descriptions optimized for local real estate audiences
Distribute content consistently across:
AI discovery platforms
YouTube Shorts
Instagram Reels
Ensure a minimum of two posts per day across platforms
Monitor comments and direct messages; initiate first-touch responses
Tag and log inbound conversations properly in the CRM
Apply local SEO language (cities, counties, NJ-specific terminology)
Track content performance and submit weekly performance reports
Follow established SOPs and content approval workflows
Collaborate with leadership and operations to ensure alignment with brand and business goals
In addition to content execution, this role will:
Manage inbound leads generated from organic content across platforms
Ensure all leads are properly captured, tagged, and tracked in the CRM
Execute and manage CRM-based campaigns, including:
Text campaigns
Email campaigns
Nurture sequences
Monitor lead movement from initial engagement to appointment and closing
Maintain pristine follow-up standards to ensure no lead goes cold
Proactively surface hot and warm leads to leadership for immediate action
Create simple, repeatable follow-up workflows that keep the team accountable
Coordinate closely with operations to ensure leads are followed through to completion
Minimum 3 years of experience in content marketing, social media execution, or digital media operations
Proven experience managing and distributing short-form video content
Strong understanding of AI-assisted tools for content creation, repurposing, and workflow automation
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to execute consistently without daily supervision
Familiarity with real estate content is strongly preferred
Comfortable working with performance metrics and accountability
Strong written English skills
Ability to meet deadlines and maintain posting consistency
Willingness to operate under a 90-day ramp period before performance-based compensation begins
