The ideal candidate has strong programming skills, experience with AI frameworks, and a passion for building scalable, production-ready AI systems.

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions.
• Build applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Fine-tune and evaluate machine learning and deep learning models.
• Integrate AI models into web, mobile, or cloud applications.
• Create APIs and backend services for AI-powered features.
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets for model training and inference.
• Optimize model performance, latency, and operational costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI product requirements.
• Stay current with the latest AI research and industry best practices.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar LLM APIs.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and RAG architectures.
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, or Chroma.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and microservices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
