Full Job Description

We are looking for someone to help with our Internet Leads and AI development for a local real estate and property management company in the Jacksonville, FL. We are looking for someone who knows the internet and social media marketing and lead productions through several means including Google, Google ads, Social Media, Video, and utilizing AI to improrove our company. Will need to know how to lead capture, direct ads and traffic, generate specific real estate and property managment leads to our local service area. Participate on the Sales and Marketing group for the company. Blog and video relivant content. Understand and improve Analitics, ad budgets, SEO, SEM, create pages and utilize Apps and software. Help corridinate Leads to CRM and landing pages. Salary will be negotiated

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for generating leads and have techical knowledge to assist company with:

1. Google Marketing including Google Ads, Google Business page, SEO, SEM
2. social media marketing, ads, hashtags, and lead capture for Facebook, instagram, linkedin, tiktok, and other sites
3. youtube ads, videos, lead capture
4. blog relivant stories
5. content creation and get content replies, shares, and relivant to property management and real estate
6. create pages, videos or items necessary
7. AI knowledge to development tools necessary to the company and sales and marketing content

Job Requirements

Fluent in English expert in Google, Social media ads and marketing, onlinge lead generation, content creation, AI creator and use AI apps.
