Full Job Description

All Star Auto Body is hiring experienced Sales Closers (Bilingual) to handle high-intent inbound leads and convert them into closed deals.This is not a customer service role. This is a closing position for individuals who know how to lead conversations, handle objections, create urgency, and confidently close.You will work directly with All Star Auto Body’s sales and operations team, handling calls related to insurance repair claims, total loss cases, towing, wheels & tires, auto legal services, and financing. Leads are provided — your role is to close and move deals forward.This position includes base pay, with commission opportunities as a performance bonus for closers who consistently deliver results.

This role rewards strong closers. Performance is tracked, and additional commission is available for those who consistently deliver results.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and follow-up sales calls
• Lead conversations from first contact to close
• Identify decision-makers quickly
• Build urgency and trust with prospects
• Handle objections professionally
• Close deals efficiently and consistently
• Follow up on open opportunities
• Accurately log activity in CRM
• Meet weekly performance targets

Job Requirements

• Training & Performance Requirement (ENGLISH)
• Completion of all All Star Auto Body training courses is required
• All assigned quizzes must be passed to proceed to the performance phase
• Upon completion of training, you will be assigned a company phone line and begin BR (Building Relationship) with inbound and follow-up leads
• During the initial performance period, Sales Closers are expected to demonstrate closing ability
• Within the first 7 days, you must secure at least one (1) insurance claim to be officially hired
• This process ensures that Sales Closers are fully prepared and aligned with All Star Auto Body’s sales standards and customer experience.
