Full Job Description

All Star Auto Services is seeking a Bilingual Sales & Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. This role handles both inbound and outbound calls, messages, and online inquiries related to auto body repairs, insurance claims, towing, and automotive services.You will work directly with customers, internal service teams, and management to follow up on leads, confirm appointments, re-engage pending inquiries, and move customers forward in the process. This position requires strong communication skills, organization, consistency, and a sales-driven mindset.This role directly impacts customer satisfaction, lead conversion, and overall business performance.


Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and online inquiries
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to leads, estimates, and pending customers
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in English and Spanish
  • Qualify customer needs and route inquiries correctly
  • Schedule and confirm appointments according to company guidelines
  • Follow up consistently with customers and insurance-related inquiries
  • Accurately enter and update customer information in CRM systems
  • Maintain professional, respectful communication at all times
  • Support sales efforts by converting inquiries into booked services


Job Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles
  • Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls daily
  • Strong communication, listening, and follow-up skills
  • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to build rapport and move leads forward
  • Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple customers at once
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, computers, and messaging tools
  • Reliable, punctual, and respectful of schedules
  • Ability to follow scripts, processes, and company guidelines

Training & Performance Requirement (Mandatory):

  • Must complete all All Star training courses and pass all required quizzes to proceed
  • After training, you will be assigned a company phone line and begin BR (Building Relationship)
  • You have 1 week to secure at least 1 insurance claim to be officially hired
