Full Job Description

All Star Auto Services is seeking a Bilingual Customer Support & Sales Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role combines customer service and sales, helping clients after accidents and guiding them through the auto body repair and insurance process with clarity and confidence.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, messages, and online inquiries related to auto body repairs, insurance claims, towing, and automotive services. You’ll work closely with customers, internal service teams, and management to follow up on leads, confirm appointments, re-engage pending inquiries, and move customers forward until their vehicle is repaired with us.

This position directly impacts customer satisfaction, lead conversion, and overall business performance.

The salary is 

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Sales experience with a results-driven mindset
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable handling multiple inquiries
• Ability to support customers during stressful situations
• Webcam for daily meetings
• Availability to work from 9am to 5pm PST (Pacific Standard Time or GMT-8)

Compensation Structure (Performance-Based):

• $3/hour during the initial stage
• $4/hour once you successfully secure your first insurance claim
• $5/hour once you consistently secure 10 or more claims

Compensation increases are based on performance and results, with clear benchmarks and opportunities to grow quickly.

• Qualify leads and convert inquiries into confirmed repair jobs
• Schedule appointments and estimates
• Assist customers with insurance claims and basic documentation
• Follow up on pending customers and re-engage opportunities
• Keep customer records updated in the CRM
• Ensure a professional and positive customer experience

Job Requirements

• Ability to guide customers calmly during stressful situations
• Sales mindset with confidence to close repair jobs
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Comfortable handling phone calls, texts, and online inquiries
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Automotive or insurance experience is a plus (not required)
