All Star Auto Body Services is seeking a Bilingual Customer Support & Sales Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role combines customer service and sales, helping clients after accidents and guiding them through the auto body repair and insurance process with clarity and confidence.

 You will handle inbound and outbound calls, messages, and online inquiries related to auto body repairs, insurance claims, towing, and automotive services. You'll work closely with customers, internal service teams, and management to follow up on leads, confirm appointments, lead conversion, and overall business performance.

The salary is hourly rate + commissions.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience with a result-driven mindset
  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable handling multiple inquiries
  • Ability to support customers during stressful situations
  • Webcam for daily meetings
  • Availability to work from 9am to 5pm PST (Pacific Standard Time)


Job Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound and outbound calls in English and Spanish
  • Respond to customer messages and online inquiries
  • Guide customers after accidents and explain the repair process
  • Qualify leads and convert inquiries into confirmed repair jobs
  • Schedule appointments and estimates
  • Assist customers with insurance claims and basic documentation
  • Follow up on pending customers and re-engage opportunitiesKeep customer records updated in the CRM
  • Ensure a professional and positive customer experience

  • Comfortable handling phone calls, texts, and online inquiries
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
  • Automotive or insurance experience is a plus (not required)
