Dispatch & Sales Specialist (Bilingual Required)

This is a revenue-driven position. If you know how to close, follow up, and generate leads — you will make money here.

We are looking for someone sharp, organized, fast, and confident on the phone and online. This is NOT just answering calls. This role directly impacts company revenue.

💰 Compensation Structure:

Base Pay:

Competitive hourly or salary (based on experience)

Commission:

* Commission on every closed tow

* Commission on insurance claim conversions

* Commission on upsells (storage, special equipment, etc.)

Bonuses:

* Weekly bonus for hitting revenue targets

* Monthly bonus for top closer

* Bonus for highest lead conversion rate

* Bonus for generating new leads through social platforms

* Team bonus when company hits monthly revenue goals

High performers will earn significantly more than base pay.

This position is for someone who moves fast, follows up relentlessly, and knows how to close.

Job Responsibilities

🔥 Core Responsibilities:

* Monitor ALL lead sources (calls, website, Google, Facebook, social media, etc.)

* Respond immediately to inbound inquiries

* Provide accurate towing quotes

* Close deals confidently

* Collect virtual payments

* Gather insurance claim information properly

* Dispatch drivers efficiently

* Follow up on missed and pending leads

* Generate new leads daily through social platforms

📢 Lead Generation Requirements:

* Must know how to post on Facebook Marketplace

* Must know how to post in Facebook Groups

* Must know how to post on LinkedIn

* Must understand how to generate inbound towing leads

* Must engage prospects and convert them into paying customers

💼 Qualifications:

* MUST be bilingual (English & Spanish)

* Sales experience REQUIRED

* Dispatch experience preferred

* Strong communication skills

* Organized and detail-oriented

* Comfortable handling payments and insurance information

* Able to work in a fast-paced environment

* Fast response time is critical
