All Star Towing is looking for a bilingual English/Spanish Vehicle Dispatcher & Sales Specialist to help manage towing requests, customer communication, and partner dispatch coordination.
This person will work with our towing operations team, customers, and towing partners to make sure each towing request is handled quickly, professionally, and accurately. The role includes answering calls and messages, collecting customer and vehicle information, confirming pickup and drop-off details, contacting towing partners, confirming ETA and pricing, and following up until the tow is completed.
This position also requires sales ability. The dispatcher must be able to explain our towing services, guide customers through the process, and help convert incoming leads into booked towing jobs.
Main responsibilities include:
The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, confident on the phone, calm under pressure, and able to follow a clear process. Experience in towing, roadside assistance, logistics, sales, customer service, auto body, or insurance claims is preferred.
