Full Job Description

All Star Towing is looking for a bilingual English/Spanish Vehicle Dispatcher & Sales Specialist to help manage towing requests, customer communication, and partner dispatch coordination.

This person will work with our towing operations team, customers, and towing partners to make sure each towing request is handled quickly, professionally, and accurately. The role includes answering calls and messages, collecting customer and vehicle information, confirming pickup and drop-off details, contacting towing partners, confirming ETA and pricing, and following up until the tow is completed.

This position also requires sales ability. The dispatcher must be able to explain our towing services, guide customers through the process, and help convert incoming leads into booked towing jobs.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Answer towing calls, messages, and online inquiries
  • Collect customer, vehicle, pickup, and drop-off information
  • Coordinate towing jobs with towing partners
  • Confirm ETA, pricing, and job details with customers
  • Follow up with customers and towing partners until completion
  • Update CRM, job forms, spreadsheets, or project management tools
  • Help convert leads into booked towing services
  • Provide professional customer service in English and Spanish
  • Keep clear notes and organized records for every towing request

The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, confident on the phone, calm under pressure, and able to follow a clear process. Experience in towing, roadside assistance, logistics, sales, customer service, auto body, or insurance claims is preferred.


Job Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming towing calls, messages, and online inquiries.
  • Collect complete customer, vehicle, pickup, and drop-off information.
  • Confirm whether the customer needs towing, roadside assistance, accident towing, or insurance-related towing support.
  • Contact towing partners to check availability, pricing, and estimated arrival time.
  • Dispatch the appropriate towing partner and confirm all job details.
  • Communicate ETA, pricing, and next steps clearly to the customer.
  • Follow up with towing partners until the vehicle is picked up and delivered.
  • Update CRM, job forms, spreadsheets, or project management tools with accurate notes.
  • Help convert incoming leads into booked towing jobs.
  • Explain All Star Towing services professionally in English and Spanish.
  • Coordinate with internal team members when the tow is related to an auto body or insurance claim.
  • Keep organized records of each towing request, customer conversation, and job status.
  • Report delays, customer issues, pricing issues, or incomplete jobs to management.
  • Maintain a professional, calm, and helpful attitude with customers and partners.


Job Requirements

  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Must have strong phone communication and customer service skills.
  • Must be comfortable speaking with customers, towing partners, and internal team members.
  • Must have basic sales skills and the ability to convert leads into booked towing jobs.
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow a step-by-step process.
  • Must be able to handle urgent towing situations calmly and professionally.
  • Must have basic computer skills, including online forms, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and email.
  • Must have reliable internet, a working computer, and a quiet workspace if working remotely.
  • Must be dependable during scheduled work hours and respond quickly to calls or messages.
  • Previous experience in towing dispatch, roadside assistance, logistics, sales, customer service, auto body, or insurance claims is preferred.
  • Experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, Google Sheets, or similar tools is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must be willing to learn All Star Towing’s process, scripts, and customer service standards.
