Full Job Description

All Star Towing is hiring a Towing Sales & Dispatch Agent to help grow and operate our nationwide towing and vehicle transport business. The agent will handle customer inquiries, provide quotes, close towing jobs, coordinate pickups and deliveries, and work with qualified towing partners across the United States. Priority will be given to cities served by All Star Auto Body, while also accepting profitable vehicle moves nationwide.

The agent will also contact insurance agents, body shops, dealerships, repair facilities, fleets, rental companies, and other businesses to develop new towing accounts. Daily responsibilities include sourcing and negotiating with towing partners, confirming rates and ETAs, monitoring active dispatches, documenting customer approvals, following up on open jobs, handling invoices, and submitting an end-of-day activity and profitability report.  

The goal is simple: close profitable towing jobs, provide reliable service, build long-term business accounts, and maintain a dependable nationwide towing partner network.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle towing and vehicle transport inquiries nationwide.
• Provide quotes, close towing jobs, and confirm customer approval.
• Dispatch qualified towing partners and coordinate pickups and deliveries.
• Monitor active jobs and provide customers with status updates.
• Contact insurance agents, body shops, dealerships, repair shops, fleets, and other businesses to develop new towing accounts.
• Recruit towing companies and negotiate competitive partner rates.
• Maintain primary and backup towing partners in key service areas.
• Verify partner availability, equipment, insurance, pricing, and service coverage.
• Document customer quotes, partner costs, approvals, dispatch details, and job status.
• Track revenue, towing costs, and gross profit for each completed job.
• Follow up on open leads, pending quotes, invoices, and business accounts.
• Collect proof of pickup and delivery before closing jobs. 
• Complete daily outbound calls and account-development follow-ups. 
• Submit an end-of-day report covering completed jobs, open jobs, revenue, costs, profit, pending payments, new partners, and follow-ups.

Job Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong sales, customer service, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience in towing dispatch, transportation, logistics, or vehicle services preferred.
• Ability to close sales, negotiate towing rates, and coordinate multiple active jobs.
• Comfortable making outbound calls to insurance agents, businesses, customers, and towing providers.
• Organized and able to accurately track quotes, dispatches, payments, and follow-ups.
• Must have a reliable computer, stable high-speed internet, camera, and headset.
• Must complete the required company Academy training.
• Camera must remain ON while clocked in for communication, teamwork, and accountability.
