We are looking for an experienced Amazon FBA Purchasing & Replenishment Specialist to manage buying decisions, inventory flow, and product replenishment across our Amazon business.This role requires deep knowledge of the Amazon marketplace, including pricing, competition, Buy Box dynamics, and sales velocity. You will be responsible for placing purchase orders, analyzing deals, and ensuring optimal inventory levels are maintained and shipped into Amazon FBA.Key Responsibilities:
Manage replenishment and purchasing for existing Amazon catalog
Place purchase orders with suppliers based on demand and forecasting
Analyze incoming deals and determine viability, profitability, and order quantity
Make data-driven decisions based on competition, Buy Box, and pricing trends
Review Keepa charts, sales rank, and historical data to forecast sales velocity
Ensure proper inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking
Coordinate shipments into Amazon FBA and ensure smooth inventory flow
Track purchasing, inventory, and performance using Excel and internal systems
Follow internal parameters for ROI, margins, and inventory levels
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience working with Amazon Seller Central
Strong understanding of the Amazon FBA landscape and how the marketplace operates
Experience with tools such as ASINZen, Jungle Scout, Keepa
Deep understanding of competitors, pricing strategies, and Buy Box mechanics
Strong Excel skills (data analysis, formulas, tracking)
Ability to analyze large volumes of deals quickly and accurately
Strong decision-making skills focused on profitability and risk
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software
